I cannot come here because I was troubled by PC virus. Earlier also I suffered by the same. In Windows XP- when you are connected internet, a message will appear suddenly "Remote procedure call- your computer will shut down now." I am not interested to solve the problem because of long procedure. Instead format the drive directly. AVG- update to be done periodically.
